Worked with Google EMEA for over a year helping them develop Google Conversion Professionals accreditation & audit their 20 largest clients to find site improvements for split-testing.
Conducted full customer journey and checkout audits and analysis for Joy’s online clothing store - produced a list of prioritised changes for them to implement.
Over a 2-year period, we conducted customer experience analysis to help them redesign their online ticketing interface & worked with them in defining a long-term (10-year) online strategy.
In-depth customer interviews and subsequent video analysis, capturing the voice of the customer to make onsite navigation on the Lakeland site more intuitive for users.

For 3 years, we managed the PPC accounts for Easynet Connect and provided all the copywriting and usability/online marketing consultancy for the full redevelopment of their site.
We proposed content and created an ‘insight and inspiration’ session on sales conversion for Tesco Direct’s marketing & merchandising teams, delivered at their in-house corporate away day.
